Nippon Paint Ultra Sealer III is a high performance waterbased
alkali-resistant acrylic sealer which is formulated to
prevent deterioration of top coat by strong concentration of
cement chemicals and provides a better surface condition
for top coat to adhere on. With elastic property, water
resistance, fungus and algae resistance, it gives a good
performance and protection for interior and exterior
surfaces.
